Claris is a freelance fitness instructor and theatre practitioner. Growing up active, she dabbled in sports like gymnastics, cheerleading, and wushu. She then trained in various dance styles while pursuing a musical theatre degree in university. Now, she has found a way to explore and combine her love for fitness, music and dance – through the Pound, Strong and Zumba programmes. So come and join her fun and exciting workout sessions, she promises that you’ll come out from it sweaty and happy!
