Class Types

STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

In a one-hour class you will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. STRONG by Zumba® instructors change up the music and moves frequently to make sure you’re always challenged to the max.

The PILOXING workouts are a fusion of boxing and standing Pilates principles. The combination of these disciplines as primary exercise components creates a sense of both physical and mental balance.

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.

K-Kardio Dance is the latest Kpop cardio dance workout, that simplifies and repeat Kpop MTV moves and adding in cardio elements like Hiphop, aerobics, kickboxing, etc. It is fun yet intense, suitable for everybody with or without dance background, as long as they love moving to Kpop hits non-stop!

bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.

 

bbarre less is a fusion style class with a true foundation of Pilates performed to the beat of the music. You will experience a mind body connection fused with dance, Pilates and Yoga.

bbarre less is about connecting your mind to the body, so that you not only strive to move with precision but also have FUN. Classic barre exercises have been adapted to be performed in the center of the room either standing or on the floor. You will challenge the core for balance and total body proprioception. Dancers have performed floor barre for generations as it allows them to explore new movements and gives them the strength to move with elegance and ease utilizing the floor for support.

bbarre less is broken down into four blocks with two cardio fusion intervals a short warm-up and simple stretches to complete a total body workout. Each block has a unique focus and goal that incorporating strength, balance, power and flexibility movements. Two of the exercise blocks will use either a band/ball or both, to emphasize control of the body, assist you to do the exercise correctly and/or challenge your body awareness.

FIGHT-DO ® is a fantastic fitness class combining the very best of boxing and martial arts, where you imagine that you’re in an actual fight with one or more opponents.

Using Punches, kicks, blocks and sometimes even a skipping rope, FIGHT-DO ® provides a fun and effective class using simple, dynamic and intense combat type training, which helps to burn fat and improve muscle tone.

Participants in FIGHT-DO ® have the potential to consume between 600 – 800 calories per session. Now that’s worth ‘fighting’ for!
